What machinery can be used to dry fish better and faster?
We like to eat dried fish.But the moisture of fish is found in their fats and oils.it's difficult to keep their good quality in rapid drying.IKE heat pump fish dehydrator is suitable for drying all kinds of freshwater fish and marine fish. Drying Method: In tray laying
Steps:
1.Clean the fish thoroughly,then place them on the tray and put them into IKE dehydrator WRH-100T.
2.Turn on the dehydrator WRH-100T,and set the temperature at 20 degrees Celsius for 7 hours, so that the fish shrink, and removing a portion of the water;
3.Adjust the temperature to 35 degrees Celsius and 25% humidity dry for 10 hours to start strong drying process;
4.Adjust the temperature to 50 degrees Celsius for 3 hours.
5.Finished the drying,wait for the temperature cold down,and check the quality.
The drying time is depend on the fish size and thickness , the bigger and more thicker fish will spend more time to drying. The dried fish will regain moisture when they are in direct contact with the air, so a sealed package is required. If you use vacuum packaging, you can better preserve the color and aroma of fish.
