Customer needs to polish carrots into finger-sized snacks,can the test be successful?

We made a carrot ginger peeling and washing test for one client from Mexico with the requirement of diameter is 1.5~3mm, and height 12~18cm.We bought according to the demands,and sliced the carrot into 4cm each.

We use our DS-WN075 Peeling and Washing machine to do the test,this machine can be equipped with 6 hair brush or sand sticks. Equipped with hard hair brush and sand sticks, it can efficiently clean and peel root vegetables such as sweet potatoes, potatoes, taro and carrots. The friction peeling technology is very practical. It greatly reduces the consumption of materials and reduces production costs. If it is replaced with a soft brush, the skin of oranges, apples, water chestnuts and other fruits and vegetables can be polished.let us look forward to the testing result.

How to use a brush machine to clean and peel root vegetables? First of all, we need to turn on the machine, and then guide the material in when the sand stick rotates.Brush and sand stick running with the spraying,we can clear to see the skins are quickly to be washed,the ends are polished well.The carrot skins are under the filter net at the bottom of the machine.after 3 minutes’ working,we finished the test and a very good test result.
