IKE ginger production line is a highly automated food production line specially customized by IKE Food Machinery Factory according to customer needs. The entire production line is connected by brush cleaning and peeling machinery, conveying and feeding machinery, high-pressure bubble cleaning machinery, Dewatering Machine, selection and conveying machinery, slicing machinery and food dryer. The process of processing puts ginger into the brush peeling machine. Under the high-speed rotation of 8 nylon rollers and emery rollers, the friction generated prompts the ginger skin to fall off quickly, and the peeling of ginger is completed in about 3-5 minutes. The peeled ginger is transported to the high-pressure bubble cleaning machine by the lifting conveyor. The IKE bubble cleaning machine has three cleaning functions such as high-pressure bubble cleaning, ozone sterilization, and spray washing. The cleaned ginger is transported to the Dewatering Machine by the conveyor belt of the cleaning machine. The cleaned ginger contains a lot of moisture. The air-drying and dehydrating machine uses the high-pressure air of the fan to remove the water droplets on the surface of the ginger. The air-dried ginger is transferred to the Manual sorting Conveyor, and the selected ginger is thrown into the food slicer. The slice size can be achieved by customizing different blades, and the sliced ginger slices are spread on the stainless steel tray.
The dried ginger is then put into the food dryer. The IKE closed-loop drying technology is efficient and energy-saving, reducing production costs for customers. The dried ginger retains its original fragrance, and the ginger slices will recover after being soaked in water. As it is before drying, it is very popular in the market.
